Frontec Building Operator

Position: ATCO Frontec Building Operator Role
Become a Building Operator with ATCO Frontec, specializing in mechanical maintenance in Lethbridge. This hands-on position requires expertise in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.

The ideal candidate for this Building Operator role will hold at least a Class 5 Power Engineering certification and be willing to work on shifts and rotations. You will perform predictive maintenance, manage repairs across various systems, and conduct thorough inspections to maintain facility standards. Providing after-hours coverage is essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address plumbing issues and repairs

• Maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioning

• Conduct electrical repairs and maintenance tasks

• Carry out general handyman responsibilities effectively

• Ensure all equipment is functioning well and certified

Requirements:

• ABSA Class 5 Power Engineering certification or higher

• Clean driver’s abstract and Class 5 license

• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems

• Ability to obtain Government Security Clearance

• Must pass drug and fit-to-work tests
