In this full-time role at Wajax, you'll deliver top-notch technical knowledge paired with exceptional customer service in diagnosing and repairing heavy machinery. Your experience with gasoline and diesel engines will be critical, as will your ability to maintain strong relationships with customers while completing detailed service records. Work both in the shop and on the road, contributing to the efficiency of equipment repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and inspect equipment for servicing needs
• Communicate servicing authorizations to equipment owners
• Conduct repairs at customer locations and in-shop
• Update and maintain service records accurately
• Participate in ongoing manufacturers’ training
Requirements:
• Trade certification or Journeyman Red Seal preferred
• 2-3 years of related experience required
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service and mechanical aptitude
• Adherence to Health & Safety practices
