Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair plumbing and hydronic systems

• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment

• Respond to emergency service calls promptly

• Estimate materials and coordinate purchases efficiently

• Maintain accurate service reports and documentation

Requirements:

• Journeyman Plumber Certificate required

• Experience with commercial plumbing systems

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and clean abstract
