Fire Technician

The Southern Alberta Branch is seeking a dedicated technician with 3-5 years of experience in electronics, particularly in fire alarm servicing and installation. As you perform inspections and maintenance, your excellent communication skills will help build trust with clients. This position also involves on-call work and potential out-of-town duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain fire alarm systems at client sites

• Conduct testing and commissioning for building occupancy

• Complete inspections following Can/ULC standards

• Maintain and inspect emergency lighting and extinguishers

• Respond to service calls effectively in Lethbridge

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 3-5 years in electronics with fire alarm focus

• C.F.A.A. or ECAA certification required

• Valid Provincial Driver’s License

• Willing to work overtime and travel
