Join The Crossing Company as an Experienced HDD Driller/Rig Manager in Taber, AB, and take charge of complex drilling operations with your expert leadership.
Become part of The Crossing Company’s Light Rig Division, recognized as a leader in trenchless construction. This full-time role requires 3–5 years of experience operating HDD rigs and managing crews. You will be responsible for both day-to-day operations and enhancing safety protocols to meet industry standards and support crew performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and train the drill team effectively.
• Ensure efficiency and safety from mobilization to completion.
• Track drilling performance metrics closely.
• Uphold stringent safety measures and respond to hazards.
• Take ownership of crew achievements and rig performance.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years experience with HDD equipment.
• Leadership experience in construction environments.
• Valid Class 1 driver's license.
• Comprehensive safety certification required.
• Comfortable with 12-hour shifts and travel.
