Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the operational efficiency of the service shop
• Accountable for Technicians' productivity and support
• Provide advice on diagnostics and effective repairs
• Monitor workflow to ensure maximum shop efficiency
• Conduct training sessions for new technicians and apprentices
Requirements:
• Must possess a Journeyman Technician License with GM experience
• Strong commitment to teamwork and helpfulness
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License required
