You will lead commercial HVAC installations, supervise crews, coordinate with project managers and other trades, and ensure jobs are completed safely, ontime, and to spec. This is a key leadership role within our commercial team,with a focus on quality control, crew mentorship, and hands‑on mechanical work.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day HVAC site operations on commercial construction projects
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
- Supervise, mentor,and coordinate field crew
- Ensure safety,quality, and project deadlines are met
- Collaborate with project managers, site supers, and other trades
- Complete documentation and reporting as required
- Perform hands‑on installation when needed
- Journeyperson inHVAC or Sheet Metal (Red Seal preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC experience (foreman experience is an asset)
- Strong knowledge ofHVAC systems, installation methods, and mechanical code
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and construction drawings
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’slicense
