Feed Mill Maintenance Technician

This full-time, on-call position supports safe, efficient, and reliable feed mill operations. You will operate equipment, troubleshoot mechanical issues, complete repairs, and maintain systems including conveyors, augers, motors, bearings, belts, chains, and hydraulics. The work also involves feed safety and biosecurity procedures.

• Operate and monitor feed mill equipment
• Perform inspections, adjustments, and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and complete mechanical repairs
• Identify potential equipment problems before downtime
• Maintain clean areas and basic repair records

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience
• Ability to diagnose problems and develop practical solutions
• Comfort with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Comfort working in dusty, noisy, physically demanding conditions
