Job Opportunity – Labor and Delivery RN – Texas

Start Date: March 23, 2026
Location: Levelland, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6 weekend shifts per schedule, no call required, patient ratio 1:2

• Work independently in a 31-bed Short Term Acute Care facility with a Level I Maternal designation
• Low-risk deliveries with community population including diabetes, gestational hypertension, pre-eclampsia, and preterm labor
• Epic charting system with GE Corometrics Fetal Monitoring and OBIX fetal heart tracing
• 12-hour orientation with interdisciplinary support including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and Rapid Response Teams
• Free parking and 48-hour shifts approved
• Mother/Baby and transition nursing experience preferred but not mandatory

• Current RN license with Compact state licensure at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery nursing experience required
• BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications required; AWHONN certification preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Ability to work independently on unit
• 2 supervisory references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Charge experience preferred
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays
