Seasonal Agricultural Laborer – Levelland, TX

Express Employment Professionals is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for a Seasonal Agricultural Laborer position with a well-established agricultural operation in Levelland, Texas.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are comfortable performing physical labor, and are looking for seasonal employment with a reputable agricultural employer.

• Seasonal / Temporary
• Full-time during peak agricultural operations
• Levelland, TX
• Pay : 16 an hour

• Perform general agricultural and field labor duties
• Assist with planting, harvesting, crop maintenance, and seasonal operations
• Load, unload, move, bag, and organize agricultural products, supplies, and materials
• Assist with the operation and maintenance of agricultural equipment as trained
• Perform general grounds, facility, and equipment cleanup
  
  Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to complete daily production goals
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous agricultural, farm, warehouse, construction, or outdoor labor experience is not required but is a plus
• Must be dependable and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
• Ability to work outdoors in hot, cold, dusty, and changing weather conditions
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Must be able to lift and carry materials as needed
• Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
• Must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime during peak seasonal periods
• Reliable transportation required

The work schedule may vary depending on weather, crop conditions, and operational needs. Flexible availability, including overtime and extended hours during peak season, is required.
