Account Representative

Account Representative will be responsible for developing, cultivating, and growing DNOW’s customer base within a specified territory and specialty, acting as the company’s representative to maintain and enhance relationships with key customers.

• Primarily calling on plant crews and operators for plant needs.
• Maximize financial results, including revenues and margins.
• Improve customer service and satisfaction.
• Attain and exceed sales goals through increased market share in existing and new business.
• Responsible for business development.
• Provide activity reports to manager.
• Execute other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant business experience and general oilfield parts knowledge.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel and Word); SAP knowledge preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience in presentation, marketing, and negotiation.
• Ability to initiate and adapt to change and work effectively both independently and as part of small and large teams.
• Current, valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record at all times.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, positive and assertive attitude.
• Capability to maintain and enhance good working relationships with customers.
• Detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and goal‑oriented with the ability to multi‑task under pressure.

This position is specifically for our local Gas Plant in Sundown, TX. Knowledge in plant parts, pipe, valves, fittings, compression, etc. is preferred. The role requires a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment with time‑sensitive demands.
