Position OverviewAs an Automotive Showroom Receptionist, you will serve as the face of the dealership, providing exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming and professional environment for every guest. You will assist customers, answer phones, support dealership operations, and help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast‑paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greet showroom customers and provide a warm, professional welcome.
- Determine the nature of each customer’s visit and direct them appropriately.
- Notify sales consultants when customers arrive.
- Introduce customers to the appropriate sales or service team members.
- Provide brochures, dealership information, and basic assistance to customers.
- Answer general customer inquiries and route more detailed questions to the appropriate department.
- Serve as the dealership's primary telephone operator.
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and professionally.
- Assist with clerical and administrative duties as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records and dealership information.
- Stock vehicles into CDK dealership management system.
- Create and manage vehicle key tags.
- Enter and maintain key inventory records.
- Assist with dealership organization and operational support tasks.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction.
- Help create a welcoming, customer‑focused showroom environment.

- Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, administrative assistant, retail, hospitality, or automotive experience.
- Experience with CDK or other dealership management systems.
- Automotive dealership experience.
