• Respond to customer needs accurately and timely, leveraging available resources.
• Evaluate client needs and offer appropriate financial products and services, building and deepening relationships through needs-based conversations.
• Perform routine teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
• Support segmentation strategy by implementing sales, retention, and other bank initiatives to enhance Banking Center growth and profitability.
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales, service, and operational goals.
• Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations and bank policies and procedures.
• Meet or exceed branch audit and operations evaluation requirements.

• Ability to work a flexible and/or rotating schedule, including Saturdays, Sundays, and extended hours.
• Willingness to travel to alternate Banking Centers if required.
• Self‑starter and highly motivated.
• Working knowledge of all products and services.
• Current understanding of systems used for branch transaction processing.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to support teamwork, creating a positive working environment.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or Associate’s Degree preferred.

• 3–4 years of customer service and needs‑based banking sales experience preferred.

The estimated salary range is $19.50 USD to $23.00 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position is also eligible for incentive compensation.
