Join one of the most recognized companies in the floriculture industry and bring color and joy to customers through beautiful floral arrangements. As a Flower Merchandiser, you will directly impact each store you visit, ensuring perfect flower displays.

We provide all tools needed, including a planned route, for success on every visit.

• Pay: $17.00 per hour.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00am to 9:30am.
• Payment training to become an expert in flower handling.
• Mobile phone allowance.
• Transportation expense reimbursement per route.

• Daily Commitment:
  • Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
  • Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
  • Use mobile device to communicate with supervisor and report activities.
  • Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support During Festive Seasons:
  • On key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, ensure each store is prepared for festive demand.
• Department Resets:
  • Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork:
  • While working independently, support teammates with special activities when needed.

• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

As part of the hiring process, our company will participate in the e‑verify process and make each new employee's I9 information available to DHS for verification.

Salary: $17.00 per hour.
