Job Description ### About the Role
* We’re looking for a driven, people-first sales professional to join LA Fitness.
* You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective members — connecting them to a community built around wellness and intentional living.
* This is a high-impact role with real earning potential and a clear path into leadership.### Compensation* $17/hour base pay
* Commission on every membership sold
* Bi-Weekly units bonus tied to volume

What You’ll Do
* Conduct local outreach to area businesses and employers to drive corporate membership interest
* Follow up with leads and prospective members via phone, text, and email — guiding them from inquiry to enrollment
* Generate new leads through referrals, events, and community engagement
* Upsell existing members into class bundles and add-on services
* Manage your sales pipeline and report weekly performance to club leadership
* Represent LA Fitness at local events and B2B outreach opportunities

What We’re Looking For
* Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting in-person outreach
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage a personal sales funnel independently
* Genuine passion for health and wellness
* Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
