Anticipated Paraprofessionals II:
Personal Care Assistant / Specialized Support (Paraprofessional II) for the 2026‑2027 School Year – TBD.

Work under the direction of a certificated staff member to support and assist in providing instructional programs and services to students with disabilities, enabling them to benefit from their Individualized Education Program (IEP). Services may be provided in a special education class, regular education class, or other instructional setting.

Support and assist with instructional programs and services to students with disabilities.

• Highly Qualified as defined by federal standards: at least two completed years of study at an institution of higher education, an associate’s degree or higher, or PDE Highly Qualified certification (Para educator Credential of Competency).
• CPR and First Aid certifications required; training can be provided.
• Must be available for 6.5 hours per week for a 10‑month period (full‑time).
• Hourly rate: $23.30.
