Safety Coordinator

Responsibilities

+ Travel to construction sites to ensure proper PPE is being worn

+ Record keeping- wants someone to stay on top of employee certs

+ Working with excel to maintain procedures and workforce updates

+ Assist Ron in any duties he needs help with

+ Safety Audits on vehicles and job sites

Essential Skills

+ 0-5 years of experience in the construction or safety industry.

+ 0-1 years of construction experience with exposure to field operations.

+ Understanding of basic field safety practices, including proper use of PPE.

+ Construction knowledge, particularly related to field operations and site safety.

+ Ability and willingness to travel throughout New Jersey to multiple project sites.

+ Proficiency with Excel for managing safety records, tracking certifications, and maintaining procedures.

+ Clean driving record suitable for frequent travel between job sites.

+ Familiarity with OSHA standards and the ability to apply them in field and office environments.

+ Ability to provide safety oversight in construction and utility settings.

+ Strong attention to detail in record keeping, documentation, and safety audits.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Levittown, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
