Data Center Technician

Overview

Data Center Technician – Levittown, PA (5:00 PM–1:30 AM, Mon–Fri)

• Perform hands-on work in a live, production Data Center environment.
• Pull, terminate, and test Cat6A cabling.
• Understand MMR - cross connects - Network Cages - cabinets - switches (trunking).
• Survey, patch, label, and document cabling and hardware changes.
• Handle labor-intensive tasks, including moving cabinets with appropriate protection and equipment.
• Rack-and-stack of network and server hardware as needed.
• Work in a state-of-the-art, enterprise-grade facility while maintaining safety and precision.

• Hands-on experience in a live Data Center environment.
• Ability to pull, terminate, and test Cat6A cabling.
• Understanding of MMR, cross connects, network cages, cabinets, and trunking.
• Experience with surveying, patching, labeling, and documentation.
• Willingness and ability to perform labor-intensive tasks.
• Experience with rack-and-stack of network and server hardware (nice-to-have).
• Familiarity with Fluke testing and trunking systems (nice-to-have).

• Move 2,000-lb cabinets with proper equipment and safety measures.
• Work inside a large, controlled Data Center environment.
• Adhere to safety-first operations in a regulated setting (CEPA-regulated environment).

• CEPA-regulated environment with dust-free, controlled conditions and high-safety standards.
• Fully onsite position in Levittown, PA.

• Contract position based out of Levittown, PA.
• Pay range: $22.00–$28.00 per hour.
