Registered Nurse; RN - Home Health Hospice - per visit

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health Hospice for a nursing job in Levittown, Pennsylvania. This position focuses on hospice care within the home health setting.

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform assigned duties including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, procedures, and comfort care.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Occasionally be on call after hours and/or weekends.

• Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of New Jersey.
• One year of hospice experience strongly preferred.
• Previous home healthcare experience welcomed, but not required.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
• Calm and reassuring presence with active listening skills, excellent assessment skills, strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
