Job Overview

Habitat Bucks is seeking a full-time ReStore Specialist for the Langhorne location. The Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting all aspects of ReStore operations, including customer service, sales, donations, warehouse logistics, merchandising, and truck operations. This physically demanding, fast-paced role allows you to make a tangible difference in the community.

• Uphold store and customer service policies
• Price donation in accordance with company procedures and policy
• Deliver excellent customer service while selling merchandise
• Organize and maintain assigned area
• Adjust to various job duties throughout the workday
• Receive and process incoming donated items
• Provide mentorship to volunteers and communicate with the Volunteer Coordinator
• Perform all job tasks assigned by the ReStore Manager and Assistant Manager

To thrive in this role, you should have a passion for customer service and strong communication skills. You must be capable of lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items, and experience operating a pallet jack or forklift is a plus. You should also be willing to work in a physically demanding, fast‑paced environment.

This position requires the physical ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time. The position requires clarity of vision at 20 feet or more, with or without corrective lenses, and color determination vision. The position requires the ability to climb ladders or scaffolding up to 6 feet high, grasp, reach, stoop, speak, listen, and discern differences in odors.

Employees must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 75 lbs. The normal workplace will be in the ReStore office and retail space, which are smoke‑free. Must be able to work in non-temperature-controlled conditions, possibly outdoors, in warehouses, or at donor facilities.
