What You'll Be Doing:

* Install residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (including ductwork, furnaces, heat pumps, and A/C units)

* Perform start-ups and troubleshoot newly installed systems

* Follow all safety procedures and company standards

* Ensure a clean and professional installation experience for the customer

* Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate with office staff and customers as needed

What We're Looking For:

* 2+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential preferred)

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

* EPA certification required

* Strong work ethic and attention to detail

* Excellent customer service and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
