Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician, 3rd Shift; Levittown, PA

Job Overview

Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift (Onsite Direct Hire, Full‑time), Levittown, Pennsylvania. Monday–Friday: 10:45PM–7:15AM EST. Base hourly rate $30–$36 plus a $2 shift differential, paid weekly with possible overtime.

• Perform complex mechanical and electronic repairs on conveyor machines, PLC systems, and other electromechanical production equipment (mail sorters, printers).
• Repair and maintain electrical and mechanical components, including belt/pulley systems, hydraulic/pneumatic parts, motors, photo‑eyes, relays, drive assemblies, limit switches, proximity sensors, and solenoids.
• Carry out preventative maintenance according to industry quality standards and respond to equipment breakdowns or emergency situations.
• Use inventory and preventative‑maintenance schedules and work‑order systems to reduce downtime.
• Maintain spare‑parts and supply inventory via Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
• Troubleshoot problems and complete repairs promptly, using a tablet to track work, downtime, and inventory.
• Perform additional duties as required.

• Minimum 2years of direct experience troubleshooting and repairing complex industrial mechanical equipment.
• Strong familiarity with servicing conveyor machines, PLC systems, and similar electromechanical production equipment.
• Experience with a multi‑meter or other electronic testing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, charts, service manuals, and parts diagrams.
• Familiarity with Windows PC environment for automated equipment operation.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to prioritize and work under deadline pressures.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and walk, stand, stoop, and bend 80% of the time.
