Key Pay and Schedule
Starting Pay: $22 hourly based pay.
Location: 2101 Green Lane, Levittown, PA.
Hours: Typically 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday.
On‑Call: Rotating on‑call after‑hours service call – guaranteed two‑hour minimum and double pay per call.
Walk‑in interviews are welcome on Tuesdays between 9 AM and 1 PM.
Training and ExperienceExperience isn’t required; you will receive on‑site training and ongoing support to develop the skills needed for the role.
Role OverviewThe Roadside Technician is an emergency response tire technician for semi‑truck fleets. When a customer has a tire‑related failure, a technician is dispatched to the location to repair or change the tire. During periods with no service calls pending, technicians are expected to help mount orders, clean and organize the shop, and perform other general duties as needed.
Shift InformationThe position includes participation in a mandatory on‑call rotation. During an assigned on‑call period, technicians respond to after‑hours service requests—including evenings and weekends—with a high rate of acceptance. All after‑hours service calls are compensated at a premium pay rate with guaranteed minimums.

- Valid driver’s license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous commercial service tire experience.
- Servicing commercial tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire.
- Performing match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
- Inflating tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
- Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements—including proper PPE use, tire cages, and all safety policies and procedures.
