Sports Coach/Activity Leader

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 2.45pm – 6.00pm (After school Club)

Pay:
Up to £12.21 per hour (plus holiday pay) National minimum wage

At Junior Adventures Group
, we’re champions of fun. From football to face painting, scavenger hunts to snack time, you’ll bring smiles, laughter, and energy to our Breakfast & After School Clubs for children aged 4-11.

You’ll also have the opportunity to increase your hours during Holiday Club seasons at another location.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities like multi-sports, arts & crafts, group games, and creative play.
  • Set up engaging play spaces and keep things safe, clean, and awesome.
  • Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring every child feels welcome, safe, and included.
  • Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out processes with a friendly face and attention to detail.
  • Work shifts: 3:15–6:00pm, part-time schedule that supports work-life balance.
  • Be a team player who can also take the lead when needed.

What We’re Looking For
  • Someone who loves working with children and brings a positive, can-do attitude
  • A creative thinker who knows how to turn an ordinary afternoon into a magical experience
  • A team player who’s also confident running activities and managing a group
  • Bonus points if you have experience in teaching, coaching, childcare, or youth work (but not essential; personality goes a long way!)
