Full-time with on-call responsibilities About the Role We are recruiting for an experienced Childrens Home Registered Manager to lead and inspire a residential team delivering high-quality, therapeutic care. This is an opportunity to manage your own home, build a strong staff team, and ensure children and young people receive safe, nurturing, and consistent support. You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, maintaining compliance with regulations, achieving positive outcomes for young people, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily operations of a childrens residential home Ensure compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards Recruit, supervise, and develop a skilled staff team Promote a safe, therapeutic, and child-centred environment Maintain high standards of safeguarding and care delivery Manage performance, occupancy, and service outcomes Build strong relationships with professionals and stakeholders Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement Requirements Minimum 5 years experience within residential childcare At least 2 years experience supervising and managing staff NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) Proven record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes Apply now to be considered for this Registered Manager opportunity within a therapeutic childrens residential care setting.
