Nursery Manager – Maternity Cover, Forest School Lead
A family‑run nursery in Peacehaven is seeking a Nursery Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure high‑quality care for children.
Responsibilities- Manage a team of staff and ensure effective staff planning and supervision.
- Ensure compliance with early years educational frameworks and statutory regulations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with families and other stakeholders.
- Level 3 early years qualification.
- Senior leadership experience within a nursery setting.
