This is not your typical sit-down reception role. No two days are the same. Its a fast-paced, hands-on position where youll be at the heart of the guest experience, whether welcoming guests to their rooms, supporting the restaurant team, or ensuring every detail is perfect before arrival.

About You:

Youre a people person with great interpersonal skills and love making guests feel special
Youre confident in bookings, reservations systems and looking after customers
Ability to touch on floor and table service as needed for interaction
