Service & Installation Air Conditioning Engineer – Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire & Surrounding Areas – Full Time Permanent – £37k - £41k Salary + Excellent Benefits Company Overview – Service & Installation Air Conditioning Engineer
Our client is a well‑established, independent HVAC specialist with over 20 years of experience delivering high‑quality air conditioning solutions across the South of England.
Service & Installation Air Conditioning Engineer Package Overview- Full‑time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday (Site hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm)

- Carry out installation of a wide range of air conditioning systems
- Perform service, maintenance, and repair work across commercial sites
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with current regulations
- Take responsibility for the quality of work delivered on‑site
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Complete all relevant job documentation accurately
- Work independently and as part of a wider engineering team
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in air conditioning service and installation
- F‑Gas Category 1 certification (Essential)
- Full UK driving licence (Essential)
- Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Good communication and customer‑facing skills
- Experience working within commercial environments (offices, gyms, retail, etc.)
