Do you have a proven track record of carrying out communal and day to day repairs and maintenance? Then this could be the perfect job for you! Were looking for an exceptional Multi-Trade Technician who wants to make a difference and who thrives in challenging, fast-paced, repairs environments. This role will predominantly cover the Counties of East Sussex & Kent, based out of our new Hastings depot;

but will form part of a wider national directorate.

You'll become an essential member of the Direct Services department, providing a comprehensive, efficient, and responsive property repairs and maintenance service for our residents. You'll work as part of a tight-knit team, supporting other technicians, operational support staff, managers, and other colleagues around the organisation, effectively from job issue through to completion of works, providing final quality assurance. You'll successfully deliver works to a high quality, as detailed within digitised orders, fulfilling our first-time fix, appointment objectives, and resident satisfaction criteria, with efficient but safe working practices, and value for money in mind always.
