Job Description:
Diagnostice Technician / Master tech
My client is looking for someone that is able to work on their own or as part of a team, and someone with an advanced diagnostic technician / Master technician background, at Dealer Level. IMI Level 3 trained is advantageous, this is not essential though.
Monday - Friday 08.00 - 17.30 with 1/2 hour lunch break.
£40,000 - £45,000 up to £50,000 for the right candidate
The Diagnostic technician role would consist of:- Carrying out Diagnostics & Fault finding
- Routine Servicing & Repairs
- Be able to work on hybrid vehicles.
- Maintain a good level of efficiency without compromising quality
- Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally and in a timely manner
- Carrying out Vehicle Health Checks and liaise with service department your findings.
- Accurate use of the in-house systems
- An experienced Vehicle Technician with advanced diagnostic skills (Dealer Level)
- 5 years uninterrupted service in a similar role is desirable.
- To be able to work unsupervised in a well-equipped workshop as well as be a Team Player and assist colleagues as and when necessary.
- Great communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to both colleagues and customers on occasion
- A full UK driving licence and own tools are essential. As it a right to wok in the uk as there is no possibility of a work sponsorship for this role
