As demand for our services continues to grow, we're looking for practical, motivated individuals to join our expanding Installation Team.

Whether you already have construction experience or simply enjoy hands-on work and learning new skills, this is an opportunity to build a specialist career in an exciting and fast-growing sector.

You'll travel across the UK, work on a wide range of projects, learn innovative technology, and play a key role in helping buildings perform better, use less energy and achieve higher environmental standards.

No two days are the same, and every project brings a new challenge.

This isn't your typical site-based installation role.

We'll provide a comprehensive 4-week training programme, giving you all the knowledge and practical experience needed to become a confident Installation Specialist.

You'll work alongside experienced team leaders, learn how to operate specialist equipment, and gain valuable expertise in building performance and air tightness technology that's increasingly in demand across the construction industry.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Travelling to project sites and working with your team to deliver successful installations.
• Preparing buildings and work areas ready for the sealing process.
• Setting up and operating specialist Aeroseal equipment.
• Carrying out air tightness testing and recording project data accurately.
• Monitoring installations to ensure air tightness targets are achieved.
• Identifying and resolving issues on site where required.
• Maintaining site equipment and ensuring everything is operating efficiently.
• Completing site reports and project documentation accurately and on time.
• Following safe working practices and maintaining high standards on every project.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, customers and site teams.

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Happy to travel and stay away from home for up to three nights per week when required.
