One of our clients is seeking a Controller to join their award-winning team to oversee operational and general accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and contributing to our continued success.
About the RoleResponsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, developing and maintaining financial models.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operational accounting activities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for accurate financial transactions.
- Implement auditor recommendations for enhanced internal controls.
- Proactively address accounting and financial risks.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant accounting standards.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- CPA preferred, Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related field
- In‑depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit processes.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
