Arbor Care Inc. is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused professional to support our Turf Division operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, communication, problem‑solving, and helping a fast‑paced service team stay organized and efficient.
The Assistant to the Turf Division Manager plays a key role in customer communication, scheduling coordination, office administration, marketing support, and operational assistance for the Turf Care department.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and emails related to Turf Care services
- Professionally respond to customer questions, concerns, and service requests
- Take, retrieve, and distribute messages for Turf Care personnel
- Input, maintain, and update customer information in company systems
- Manage appointment calendars and scheduling for Turf Care management and sales staff
- Serve as a point of contact for landscapers and assist with customer retention efforts
- Assist with office inventory monitoring, ordering, receiving, and stocking
- Perform clerical and administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and document organization
- Notify customers of upcoming services via automated calls, phone, email, or text messaging
- Assist with Turf Care marketing and advertising campaigns
- Learn about Turf Care products and agronomics to improve customer communication and upselling opportunities
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) templates
- Assist with PowerPoint presentations and other departmental projects
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced office environment
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and data entry systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage schedules effectively
- Willingness to learn Turf Care products, services, and basic agronomic concepts
- Experience in administrative support, scheduling, customer service, or office coordination preferred
- Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
- Detail‑oriented and dependable
- Strong problem‑solving skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism during busy seasons
- Self‑motivated with a willingness to take initiative
