• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues on Ford vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake repairs, and tire rotations
• Use diagnostic tools and software to identify vehicle problems accurately
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all work performed
• Stay current with Ford technical bulletins, service updates, and industry best practices
• Mentor and assist junior technicians to improve team skills and knowledge
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Valid Ford Master Technician certification or equivalent certification from a recognized automotive authority
• Extensive experience working on Ford vehicles, with a strong understanding of their systems and components
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, software, and electronic testing equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Duties are performed on the dealership premises, both indoors and outdoors and on customer test drives. Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to interact with customers and other departments. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and is frequently required to stand, walk and sit.

The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts will include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
