Commercial Excellence Manager

The Commercial Excellence Manager is responsible forelevating the performance of our commercial teams in the EdTech and languageeducation sector. This role is pivotal in driving sales effectiveness,marketing alignment, and customer engagement through data-driven insights,training programs, and process optimizations. The Commercial Excellence Manager will oversee the design and implementation of training initiatives, analyze key performance metrics, and foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve commercialgoals. This position includes supervising one Junior Trainer to supportexecution and development efforts.

• Evaluate and monitor KPIs across sales, marketing, and customer service to identify performance gaps.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track progress and ensure visibility on commercial goals.
• Design and deliver impactful training programs to enhance sales and customer-facing team performance.
• Standardize SOPs, quality frameworks, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Drive initiatives that enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• everage market intelligence and competitor analysis to strengthen commercial strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in sales excellence, training, or performance management, ideally in EdTech or language education.
• Strong expertise in CRM systems, digital marketing, telesales, and B2B customer engagement.
• Proven experience in training design, onboarding frameworks, and KPI analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
