VALET POSITION – RAFFERTY SUBARU - FAST PACED AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Location: Delaware County, PA
Employment Type: Full-Time |
Schedule: Flexible availability required, Monday through Saturday
Compensation: Hourly
We are a high-volume dealer seeking three high-energy, customer-focused Valets to join our fast-paced service team. Our dealership is extremely busy, and our parking lot is no walk in the park. We need someone who’s quick on their feet, proactive, and committed to delivering an exceptional experience for every guest, while managing our challenging lot throughout the day.

Professional and dependable – You’re the first and last impression of the dealership. This position requires ON TIME employees who take ownership and pride in the flow of customer traffic and a well maintained parking lot per service managements direction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Greet customers with professionalism and enthusiasm in the absence of the service lane manager.
Safely and efficiently move vehicles through a busy and often congested lot.
- Wash customer vehicles using our automatic car wash.
Coordinate with service advisors, sales staff, and management to keep operations flowing smoothly.
Assist in organizing parking and optimizing space.
- Staging and checking in of loaner vehicle fleet
Treat each customer interaction with urgency, care and good manners.
- Light clean up duty of the service drive during any down time to ensure customer touch points are presentable at all times.
