Eligible or possessing Elementary certification; dual certification in Special Education preferred. Candidates must submit evidence of successful PRAXIS II scores or a valid out‑of‑state teaching license.

Out‑of‑state candidates with less than 1 year of experience will receive an Initial License; those with one to less than 4 years of experience also receive an Initial License.
