Job Overview

WSFS Bank is looking for Personal Bankers to provide products, services, and support to our customers. The role involves in-person interactions, outbound calling, and account‑management tasks. Personal Bankers will use the bank’s products and digital services to help customers meet their financial needs.

• Understand and educate customers about their financial needs through face‑to‑face interactions and outbound calling
• Open new accounts and submit loan applications in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
• Resolve customer service issues and perform account maintenance requests
• Recommend and promote the bank’s digital banking services
• Assist customers with teller transactions and process various transactions efficiently and accurately
• Participate in a 4‑6 month training program covering transactions, applications, referral techniques, customer service, and relationship building
• Work a rotating weekly schedule that includes 2–3 Saturdays per month

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• At least one year of face‑to‑face customer service experience (required)
• Previous cash handling experience (required)
• Prior sales experience and ability to sell bank products (required)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills (required)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (required)
• Ability to learn and use multiple banking software programs (required)
• Preferred: one year of previous banking experience; experience in a retail sales environment

• Competitive base salary: $37,440 – $52,800
