Aquacare | Fitness Forum Physical Therapy, a PT-owned private practice, is seeking a passionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our growing Berlin, Maryland team. If you value 1:1 patient care, mentorship, and a supportive culture—not high-volume, corporate-style care—this is the role for you.

• Up to $5,000 Sign-On + Up to $7,500 Retention Bonus (Full-Time)
• 1:1 treatment sessions — no double-booking
• PT-owned practice with direct access to leadership
• Paid mentorship + fully funded certifications
• New grads welcome with structured clinical mentorship
