• Review, verify, and dispense medications in accordance with physician orders
• Provide clinical consultation to physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff
• Monitor patient medication therapy for safety and effectiveness
• Counsel patients and families on medication use and treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
