The OD Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating organizational development programs, driving change initiatives, improving employee engagement, and supporting talent development across the academy.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational development initiatives aligned with the academy’s strategic goals.
- Assist in developing job descriptions, competency frameworks, and career paths.
- Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to support change management and organizational improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 2 years of experience in Organizational Development function
- Strong knowledge of OD methodologies, performance management, and training design.
