If you enjoy evaluating and analysing data, creating solutions, working with a variety of people, and have a good grasp of information technology, this role could be perfect for you. As a business analyst. You’ll be helping the organisation develop its functions, services, and products to meet goals with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll also play a key role in communicating between internal departments and external parties, acting as a ‘translator’ where necessary to convey how information technology can support the organisation's needs.

  • Talk to customers to understand their current processes and gather requirements.
  • Customize the Visdum product to meet the specific needs of the customers.
  • Determine the data needed from different departments on the customer's side.
  • Create timelines for implementing the product and keep customers updated.
  • Set up the product for customers and create sales compensation plans for different roles in sales according to the customer’s comp plan structures.
  • Help customers get started, train their administrators, and payees.
  • 🙋Qualifications &Requirements:
    • Very Strong Mathematics and Analytical Skills.
    • Very Strong MySQL (perform SQL queries, stored procedures) and advanced Excel skills (Must Have)
    • Excellent Communication Skills (Written and verbal)
    • Worked on Jira
    • Knowledge of CRM systems like Hub Spot, Salesforce
    • Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
