Position: General Manager (GM)

360 is a high-performance fitness brand built on results—both for our members and our business. We are seeking a sales-driven General Manager who thrives in ownership, accountability, and growth. This role is ideal for a leader who understands that strong culture, elite service, and disciplined sales execution go hand in hand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own revenue performance of the facility, including memberships, training packages, and ancillary services.
  • Lead all sales systems
    , pipelines, and conversion strategies from lead to close.
  • Coach, manage, and hold staff accountable to individual and team sales goals.
  • Oversee daily operations while maintaining a strong sales-first mindset.
  • Develop and execute member retention strategies to protect and grow recurring revenue.
  • Drive business-to-business partnerships to generate referrals and brand visibility.
  • Oversee social media engagement and content that supports lead generation and brand growth.
  • Plan and execute community events that convert interest into memberships.
  • Track KPIs, reporting, scheduling, and performance metrics across the team.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fitness sales and management.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue, close sales, and lead teams to targets.
  • Active Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) credential from an NCCA-accredited organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or a related field
    .
  • Strong background in sales strategy, B2B outreach, social media marketing, and retention.
  • Confident leader with high standards, strong communication, and follow-through.
Compensation & Incentives

Total Compensation Range: $31,250 – $80,000+ annually (base + performance incentives)
