Community Association Manager responsible for overseeing a portfolio of Homeowners Association (HOA) and Condominium Associations within the Baltimore-Washington Metro Area.

After a brief introductory period, eligible employees may work from a hybrid schedule, balancing on‑site presence with connectivity to headquarters in Owings Mills, MD.

• Manage budgets, financial statements, and monthly reports.
• Negotiate with contractors and oversee property maintenance.
• Advise Boards of Directors and resolve homeowner inquiries.
• Coordinate services such as landscaping, snow removal, and repairs.
• Enforce compliance with association and government regulations.
• Lead meetings, site inspections, and vendor management.
• Support community amenities such as pools and centers.

• Experience in Homeowner Association management is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HOA and Condo Act is a plus.
• Expertise in vendor management and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Certifications:
  
  CMCA® and AMS® required; PCAM® preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.
• Travel to communities and events.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
