Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate surgical competency and aseptic technique.

- Utilize the nursing process for comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols.
- Execute first assist duties under the surgeon’s direction.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current OR experience.
- Minimum of 1 year recent perioperative experience preferred.
- Essential skills include clear communication, crisis management, and EHR proficiency.
Entry pay starts at $39.88/hr, with expert rates up to $65.80/hr.
