Overview

Responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process.

• Assessments of patients are accurate, consistently performed and completed efficiently.
• Accurate documentation of continuum of care.
• Demonstrates safe and accurate technical skills; competency in the performance of all procedures routinely performed in the office; proper technique in operating all office/medical equipment.
• Triaging of patients is accurate and complies with instructions rendered by the provider.
• Handles all specimens using proper technique; correctly labels and processes specimens; ensures proper preparation of specimens for lab courier transfer to Lab.
• Conscious of biohazard safety as it relates to the job; manual delivery of specimens to lab; changing of gloves between patients; uses proper techniques and labels for transfer to lab.
• Routinely performs all nursing duties using appropriate PPE and in accordance with OSHA standards.
• Performs all job duties within the scope of practice and the organization's policies/procedures; performs all other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 1 year L.P.N./R.N. experience, preferably in a Doctors Office.
• Credentials: RN - Registered Nurse; LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse; BLS - Basic Life Saving certification (American Heart Association).

• LPN program graduate

Entry USD $23.67/Hr.
Max USD $36.69/Hr.
