Overview

The Tunnell Cancer Center, located on the Beebe Health Campus, provides comprehensive cancer services including medical oncology, hematology, radiation oncology, diagnostics, clinical trials, care coordination, and patient navigation. Accredited by the Commission on Cancer (CoC) and recognized through QOPI® Certification, the center is committed to excellence in quality, innovation, and patient outcomes.

Beebe Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Educator with Oncology expertise to serve as an educational leader supporting nursing excellence within oncology services. This role will influence staff development, evidence-based practice, orientation, competency management, and professional growth while promoting exceptional care for patients and families impacted by cancer.

The RN Clinical Educator works independently and collaboratively with the Nurse Manager, Nurse Director, and VP of Patient Care Services to assess learning needs and develop educational strategies supporting oncology nursing practice. This position serves as the educational leader for the oncology patient population and is responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating educational programs for nursing staff, patients, and families.

The ideal candidate demonstrates advanced clinical expertise in oncology nursing, strong communication and leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring staff and promoting evidence-based care across the continuum of oncology services.
