Are you a nursing student approaching graduation? We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) with less than 12 months of experience, to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate and competent direct patient care under the guidance of experienced nursing staff.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and maintain accurate documentation of patient responses.
  • Monitor and assess patients' physical and emotional well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for patients, ensuring their holistic needs are met.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques to promote wellness and prevent complications.
  • Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, maintaining a clean and safe patient care environment.
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address emergent situations and provide timely interventions.
  • Participate in ongoing educational opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills, staying current with evidence-based practices and healthcare trends.
  • Uphold professional standards, ethical principles, and confidentiality in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Foster a positive and empathetic atmosphere for patients, supporting them through their healthcare journey.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively convey information to patients, families, and colleagues.

Credentials
  • Valid/Active Registered Nurse license (must be obtained prior to start date)
  • Successful completion of an accredited nursing program, resulting in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), or Diploma Nursing Program
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association is required; additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS are beneficial.
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification (unit dependent)
Education
  • RN Diploma/RN Graduate Program

This position is for the Graduate Nurse Residency Program position starting October/November 2026.
