We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a long-term care environment, focused on providing person-centered, clinical excellence in skilled nursing.
Responsibilities- Delivering direct nursing care and monitoring resident health
- Administering medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to update care plans
- Supervising and mentoring LPNs and CNAs
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance
- Active RN/LPN license in DE
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
