Role
Provide person-centered nursing care in a skilled long-term care environment, ensuring resident well-being and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities- Deliver direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to update care plans
- Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance standards
- Active RN/LPN license in DE
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
